The gang visits Ma and Pa Skillet at the Hokeyfenokee Swamp where Scooby-Doo is rejoined with his cousin Scooby-Dum for the first time since they were puppies. The Skillets are famous throughout Georgia for their Showboat restaurant and their two specialties: Ma's super-spicy funky fritters and Pa's Fenokee Fizz. The Skillets' once-thriving business is nearing bankruptcy thanks to the Ghost of the Gator Ghoul. . . . The peaceful metropolis, Big City, U.S.A., is unaware that danger lurks in the sinister figure of the Gimmick, a nefarious criminal who uses crude Rube Goldberg devices to serve his diabolical purposes. The Blue Falcon and the mechanical Dynomutt, Dog Wonder, pose as the rich proprietors of an art gallery until it's time to fight crime. F.O.C.U.S. One alerts them to the newest danger: the Gimmick is robbing Big City Bank. But it turns out the Gimmick has a scheme beyond just stealing money. His true target will be the treasures of Prince Ringpur of Panistan; but not until he's framed the Blue Falcon and Dynomutt for a crime they did not commit.

Professor Ronald Hickman, once a good man and the world's leading scientist, conducted one experiment too many and wound up with his great brain trapped in the body of a lowly worm. This warped his mind and changed him from an upstanding citizen into the criminal mastermind, the Worm. When the Worm frees two other great criminals from prison to make them his henchmen, it's up to the Blue Falcon and his mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder, to stop him.

After attending a performance by Zarko the magician, Scooby, Shaggy and the gang visit Uncle Shagworthy only to find that he's vanished. Meanwhile the two ghosts try to scare them away. . . . Manyfaces, an evil master of disguise, has developed a haunting melody that immediately puts its hearers to sleep. The criminal mastermind finds a way to expose everyone in Big City to this hypnotic tune, which allows Manyfaces and his henchmen to rob everyone blind. It's up to the Blue Falcon and his mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder, to stop him. But Manyfaces's many faces include that of the Blue Falcon. Will Dynomutt be fooled?

Scooby and the gang get lost trying to cross the Canadian border and wind up at Shady Sanitarium, where Dr. Tewksbury tells them about its former owner, Dr. Coffin, whose ghost now seems to haunt the place. When the gang finds gold bullion, they suspect that something less than supernatural, and worse than unethical, is taking place. . . . The evil inventor Zorkon builds a high-test steel super skeleton for his master, Superthug, who uses it to begin a crime wave and humiliate the Blue Falcon and his mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder. After repeated failures, F.O.C.U.S. One fires the crime-fighting duo, which leaves the once heroic pair no choice but to join Superthug and his life of crime. But Superthug soon learns not to underestimate his one-time adversaries.

A no-faced zombie steals a rare coin from a shop. Scooby and the gang follow him to the Dilly Dally Dolly Co. where they find not only the zombie, but a gorilla as well. . . . Mr. Cool - a fat, bald man who wears nothing but shorts and yet is perpetually hot in the freezing environments he creates for himself - uses his freeze ray to put Big City at his mercy. Worse, he tricks Blue Falcon into sending Dynomutt to him for reprogramming. The altered Dog Wonder now is evil and wants to do Blue Falcon harm. Only Dynomutt's irreducible ineptitude can save the Falcon now.
9Mamba Wamba and the Voodoo Hoodoo/The Queen Hornet
Scooby and the gang attend a rock concert of their friend, Alex Super. The show turns sour when Alex and his band sing a number based on an ancient voodoo chant. This conjures up a witch doctor named Mamba Wamba, who kidnaps Lila, a member of the band. The gang hunts down Mamba Wamba at Maison Dupree, an old Southern plantation. There they meet two zombies, one of whom is Lila. It's up to the gang to solve this mystery before they become zombies themselves. . . . The Blue Falcon and his inept mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder, find their super-abilities tested by the evil Queen Hornet. With a gun that squirts quick-drying honey and a hive full of angry hornets to do her bidding, the Queen Hornet seems impossible to stop.

Scooby and the gang visit Seattle Underground to trap a red, hissing demon who has been menacing a construction site. . . . Blue Falcon and his inept mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder, battle the evil Swamp Rat, who wants to turn all of Big City into a swamp and then steal everything in sight. Meanwhile, Scooby and the gang are after the swamp ghost; but it turns out the daring duo and the gang are after the same quarry.
