Jo visits the Minyon family where the house is dominated by their 3-year-old daughter, Skyler. Skyler rules the house with her tantrums and demands to get her own way. Jo returns to the UK to help the Cooke family with their three daughters: 9-year-old Meghann, 6-year-old Gabriella, and 4-year-old Erin. Jo helps the Facente family where parents Trae and Deirdre are having a hard time with their 3-year-old son, Tristin, who was diagnosed with autism. Deirdre and Trae's 4-year-old twin daughters, Kayla and Marlana demand their parents' attention and tend to follow Deirdre around the house all day. Jo brings autism expert, Dr. Lynn Koegel to teach the Facente family how to integrate with Tristin and help him with his communication skills. 9Bradbury-Lambert Family UK
Jo comes back to the UK to help Laura Bradbury and Stuart Lambert with their three kids: 5-year-old Matthew, 2-year-old Tegan-Olivia, and 5-month-old baby Diesel. Matthew is physically aggressive towards his mother, often leaving her bruised and even punched her in the mouth. Stepdad Stuart tries to discipline Matthew, but Laura refuses it and the family is split with Stuart being responsible for Tegan-Olivia, and Laura trying to control Matthew's outbursts. Jo introduces the "chill-out chair" and a "work-out-your-anger" chart and encourages Stuart to step in and help discipline Matthew. Can Jo help the Bradbury-Lambert family?

Jo meets the Tsironis family. Elizabeth and Bob's 3-year-old twin boys, Nicholas and Teddy were born premature and weren't expected to survive, but they beat the odds and became healthy, strong kids. But Nicholas and Teddy run the house with their aggressive behavior, fighting, and they even throw their food on the ground. Because the parents are so happy their twin boys are healthy, they let them get away with everything. 4-year-old big sister Kate is left out because of her brothers' rambunctious behavior and fakes foot cramps in order to get attention from her parents and manages to get her little brothers in trouble for her own misbehavior. Jo helps out single mom Cheryl Carsley with her five kids: 7-year-old Chantal, and two sets of twin boys: 5-year-old Nicholas & Caleb, and 4-year-old Bobby & Elijah. With Cheryl in school full-time training to be a teacher, the house is in disarray and her kids treat her with no respect. Can Jo help this single mom out?
12Schwartz Family
Jo helps out Cathy and Steve Schwartz with their four daughters: 6-year-old Samantha, 4-year-old Amanda, 3-year-old Katelyn, and 1-year-old Emily. Cathy's sister, Donna helps care for the girls while Steve and Cathy work full-time. Discipline is non-existent in the house, Cathy struggles to get her two oldest daughters off to school on time, and Katelyn is not even potty-trained yet. Cathy thinks that the girls consider Donna more of a mother to them than she is. Donna is resistant to change and doesn't even want Supernanny around. Jo helps the Silva family where parents Tom and Danielle each have two kids from a previous marriage and three kids together: their daughters 17-year-old Meghan, 8-year-old Cheryl, 7-year-old Alyson, 6-year-old Mackenzie, 2-year-old Riley, 1-year-old Kassiah, and their 6-month-old son, Caden. With Tom working in the Army National Guard and leaving for deployment in Iraq for a year in a half, Danielle is left alone with the kids, who run amuck in the house. The girls tend to swear a lot and negative speak from both the parents has trickled down to the kids as well. Tom and Meghan's relationship is strained and needs some mending before Dad leaves. Jo meets the Young family. Parents Sherman and Joelle work opposite job shifts with Dad watching the kids during the day and then dropping them off with Joelle before leaving for work for the evening. 5-year-old Shermie is disrespectful and aggressive towards his mother and 3-year-old sister, Shelby, who also acts up and refuses to sit at the table with her family. Shermie and Shelby tend to climb up on the walls and shelves, and stay out of their big brother's bedroom. 13-year-old big brother Dylan feels like he's forced to spend time with his rambuncious younger siblings and wants his time alone & also with his parents. Jo helps the Harmony family with their 3 boys: 11-year-old Jake, 5-year-old Ian, and 3-year-old Grant. While Jake is well-behaved, his little brothers aren't. Ian tends to backtalk a lot and fights & torments Grant. Grant has a terrible temper which gets so out of control, he'll bite furniture until he bleeds from his mouth. Also, Grant has terrible separation anxiety and is also known to follow his mom, Erin's car all the way to the highway when she leaves the house. Bedtime is no better when Grant insists on sleeping in his mom's bed, leaving his dad, Jacob to sleep on the living room couch. Can Jo help this family out?

Jo visits the Wujcik family where parents Tim and Toni are having a hard time with their 3 children: 6-year-old Alec, 4-year-old Bryce, and 1-year-old Carly. Alec and Bryce are out of control: destroying their toys and act aggressively towards Toni when she tries to discipline them.
