He can also be seen in Pictures House's release of Salsa music biopic, El Cantante (as J Lo's brother Papo)co-starring Marc Anthony.Some earlier film acting credits include Abel Ferrara's, RX'mas, Stripes, The Killing Hour, Dirty Dancing, The Warriors and Italian horror classic, The New York Ripper by Lucio Fulci, amongst others. Multiple TV credits include: All Law & Order shows, The Sopranos, Miami Vice, N. Y. Undercover, among others & all NYC Soaps. TV commercials, voice over & video games have been part of his work experience. Two Indie films that he produced(The Starseed Incident-a Myztico Campo film and 18B Justice-with Nuyorican Prods.) have showcased in 2004's - HBO sponsored NY Int'l Latino Film Festival; where he won The Independent Light Award for a new "Producer with Vision" and in 2005's festival as Supervising Post Producer, Sangre/Blood with Edwin Pagan.Major Theater credits include: Bernardo in West Side Story with Todd Robinson, Vershinin in The Three Sisters, Raulito in Landscape of the Body, among others and Paco Pasquale in Miguel Pinero's, award-winning prison classic, Short Eyes and also as a workshop presentation at The Actors Studio. He and his producing partners Susan Batson and Carl Rumbaugh(A Raisin in the Sun-double Tony Award Winner)will revive Miguel Pinero's, classic prison play Short Eyes for the Broadway Stage in 2010 with Abel Ferrara on board in his directorial Broadway debut with a few name actors attached. Antone just worked on Pinero's signature Lower East Side Poem at The Actors Studio and is opening the piece up as a theatrical spoken word presentation. Antone is continuing in the vein of Marvin "Pancho" Camillo(founder of the original Family Theater, Piñero discoverer/mentor and first director/presenter of the original production in the 70s.) Antone has revived The Family & is the Executive Artistic Director & President of Silent Warrior Productiions The New Family Theater, LLC in New York City.Pagan has studied at NYU Undergraduate Drama-Stella Adler then transferred to Circle in the Square to pursue mime, movement, dance techniques in addition to his theater/acting studies. He graduated The Digital Film Academy student filmmaking course where he studied with his mentor and colleague Mevlut Akkaya of Akkaya Films, which led to his producing a few Indy films. Two of which were showcased in the HBO sponsored New York International Latino Film Festival where he was awarded The Independent Light Award for a producer with vision.
