In 2008 she put herself on the map as one of the hottest and talented professional female poker players, when she outperformed her way to an unbelievable 17th place finish out of 6,844 players at the World Series of Poker Championship Event. As the Last Woman Standing she broke records for the largest field ever conquered by a woman in live poker tournament history.In 2009 her competitive drive landed her on the 15th season of the CBS seven-time Emmy Award Winning reality show The Amazing Race, where she once again defied the odds and toughed it out on a 21 day race around the world as the season's only all-female team. But this professional poker player has more up her sleeve than just a mean game of cards.Born and raised in Los Angeles Tiffany caught the acting bug at an early age. At just ten years old, the rising star fell in love with the theatre, winning her first award as the Lancaster Performing Art's Center "Best Young Performer". She continued to dazzle audiences on every stage she stepped onto; from sharing her music at singer/songwriter venues, to winning beauty pageant titles and nabbing trophies for her Dramatic & Prose Interpretation performances on the college Speech & Debate team.After completing a two-year theatre program as well as studying at UCLA's Film & Television Department, Tiffany made the transition from acting on stage to the screen where she began booking roles in major motion pictures as well as appearing in several TV shows including ER and American Dreams. Tiffany Michelle opted for a table of a different kind to pay the bills when sandwiched between "that's a wrap" and "quiet on set" - the poker table. She discovered that she had a natural knack for Texas Hold'em after frequenting a weekly Hollywood house game with fellow actors. Tiffany found that there was serious money to be made at the game and it wasn't long till she carved out a name for herself, "Hot Chips", because of her role as the hottest young female in the poker community and for her signature chip tricks. The poker world took notice of the attractive, twenty-something girl, holding her own in a male dominated game as well as stepping in front of the camera as a and knowledgeable, entertaining poker host. In 2006, she was heard nationwide as an on-air host and commentator for the World Series of Poker coverage on Sirius Satellite Radio. In 2007, she became the first ever female on-camera host for PokerNews and spent the following year and a half traveling internationally, hosting tournaments for the World Series of Poker, European Poker Tour and the World Poker Tour.Fast forward to the 2008 World Series of Poker where Tiffany would once again find herself in front of the cameras for the performance of a lifetime. As the Last Woman Standing, her 17th place finish and $334,534 payday skyrocketed her to poker celebrity status.
