1So Long, Patrick Henry
Leroy Browne, who had defected to China during the 1964 Olympics in Japan, seems to be dissatisfied during a series of appearances in Hong Kong. Kelly Robinson and Alexander Scott are assigned to approach Browne to see if he really wants to come back to the U.S. If Browne is interested, his life may be in danger from Chinese agents who won't want to the star athlete to un-defect.
2A Cup of Kindness
Russ Conley, a former instructor of Kelly's, delivers a message to Kelly and Scott in Hong Kong. Decoded it reads, "This man double agent -- kill him." Conley tells the agents that he botched an assignment in Honolulu, was captured and cracked. The department believes Conley is a traitor. But Conley says he's learned that a key devices -- the subject of the Hawaiian assignment -- is in Hong Kong. He asks for Kelly and Scott's help to get it back -- and save his own life.
3Carry Me Back to Old Tsing-Tao
"Papa" Charlie, a shady Chinese criminal type, wants to return to Formosa (now Taiwan), the land of his birth from Hong Kong. But he can't emigrate until he settles a large tax bill with U.S. authorities. He has three daughters married to criminals eager to get their hands on his money. Kelly Robinson and Alexander Scott are assigned to help Charlie pay off his debts and avoid being killed by his deadly sons-in-law. But Charlie is also playing his own angle.
4Chrysanthemum
This episode is one of the rarer episodes. While the series often had a good bit of humor in every episode, it was rare for any of the episodes to focus more on the humor than on the espionage aspect. This is one such episode.In "Chrysanthmum." the two protagonist agents are paired by their bosses with a more experienced spy who is a French expatriat. This spy is a bit of a bumbler, and is a source of exasperation for Kelly and Alex.This episode was written as an homage to "The Pink Panther," which was out just two years before this series started and was very popular at the time.
6The Loser
When Scotty is captured by a local gangster he encounters a beautiful drug addict working for the mobster. Their attempts to escape invariably lead recapture. And, of course, Kelly is of no help when he is also joins this endless game of cat and mouse.

Scotty and Kelly are assigned to investigate the death of an American agent in a fiery car crash and more important, the whereabouts of the secret documents he was carrying. Word on the street is the documents were destroyed in the fire but now one really believes that, including the bad guys who are happy to trade cash or bullets to acquire them.

Kelly falls in love with Tatia Loring, a free-lance photographer. His emotions for her remain strong, even when Scott confronts him with signs she's an enemy operative. She has photographed three men, all U.S. agents who've ended up dead. A fourth agent, John Irving, is killed in Kelly and Scotty's hotel room after meeting Tatia. Scott even tries to fight Kelly to prevent him from seeing her. But Kelly, wavering, decides to try one last gambit to determine if Tatia is an enemy agent or not.

In the series pilot (whose showing was delayed well into the first season), Kelly narrowly escapes a sniper's bullet while playing a tennis match in Hong Kong. He and Alexander Scott, a pair of U.S. agents, aren't on assignment at the time. Shortly thereafter, they are told to find a freight train that disappeared between China and Hong Kong. The train was only carrying building materials. It turns out, however, there was a passenger who is of great interest to China.

Alexander Scott, traveling undercover in Mexico as Dr. Smithfield, is abducted along with three other agronomists that an amiable freelance spy is planning to sell to a foreign power. Kelly teams up with a taxi driver to track down his kidnapped comrade.
20Bet Me a Dollar
Scotty sportingly bets Kelly a dollar that he is capable of tracking down his friend anywhere in Mexico within a week. But the hide n' seek game becomes desperately urgent after Scott learns Kelly has unknowingly been infected with anthrax that will kill him if not treated within 24 hours.

A question over a five-dollar expense account item for "glass pants" for Scotty's mother leads to the boys recounting for Miss Clavell the whole story of their assignment to General Ortiz, democratic leader of an island republic ousted in a revolution and now living in exile in Taxco, Mexico. The general is seeking the United States' assistance in waging a counter-revolution, but Ortiz's wife is suspiciously resistant to allowing Kelly and Scott meet the general. Why the cover-up?

Among the acclaimed Americans who have joined a revolutionary political cabal in Mexico are a respected author and a movie actor acquaintance of Kelly's. To avoid a likely international incident, Kelly and Scott are assigned to infiltrate and oust from the organization's ranks all Americans.
25My Mother, the Spy
Angela, an American agent working in Europe, falls in love with a fellow agent, Ferenc, only to discover he is a double agent. Forced to kill another enemy agent, Angela flees. Robinson and Scott are assigned to find her and bring her back to the States. Finally tracking her down in Mexico, they discover Angela has no interest in returning even though a mysterious enemy agent known as Tiba has been one step behind her all the way from Europe. Not only that, Angela is pregnant with - and about to give birth to - Ferenc's child. While visiting Angela and her newborn child in the hospital, Robinson and Kelly are taken at gunpoint to a bar where hired assassins plan to kill them. Escaping, the pair return to the hospital to find Angela has been taken away by a man and a women. Robinson and Kelly are now faced with the challenge of finding Angela and her newborn child before Tiba harms them or forces Angela to give up valuable information.
26There Was a Little Girl
Robinson and Scot are assigned to chaperon Kathy, the daughter of a powerful adviser to the President. Their orders: Protect Kathy and keep her out of the press. A spoiled, willful teenager, Kathy proves to be a handful for the two agents. But none of her teenage antics has them anticipating what happens next. On her last day in Mexico, Kathy buys a reproduction of an ancient mask. Before the trio knows it, they have run afoul of a drug smuggling ring which will stop at nothing - including murder - to recover the mask. Now Robinson and Kelly must keep the desperate drug runners at bay while also keeping Kathy from pulling any more of her foolish stunts. Unless they succeed, Kathy may not make it home alive.
27It's All Done with Mirrors
Robinson is kidnapped by enemy agents and taken to a psychiatrist, Dr. Karolyi. The doctor specializes in behavior modification, and begins a process intended to brainwash Robinson. Using pain, Dr. Karolyi breaks down Robinson to the point of dependency and control. Dr. Karolyi then brainwashes Robinson into believing Scott is a traitor, a double agent. Robinson is ordered to return to Scott, ready to terminate his partner when given the order. The time comes in a certain upscale restaurant where the death of Scott by Robinson would most hurt the image of the United States. But Robinson fails in his attempt to kill Scott. Alerted that Robinson is a rogue agent, the department decides to terminate Robinson if he cannot be stopped. Scott protests, and is given forty-eight hours to bring in Robinson. After that, Robinson is to be killed on sight.
28One Thousand Fine
When a Mexican stumbles out of the jungle with two gold bars, it signals the start of an espionage race to find a missing U.S. plane with a shipment of gold. Robinson and Scott are partnered with Jack Gannon, an old high school mate of Robinson's and the only survivor from the plane crash. But when Gannon arrives, Robinson is surprised to see him with a woman named Jean, an old girl friend of Robinson's. Jean is now Gannon's fiancée. The presence of Jean brings back painful memories for Robinson, and creates tension between him and Gannon. The four head into the jungle, following Gannon's lead as his crash-impaired memory returns. But it's not long before gold fever, enemy agents, and love-fueled jealousy combine in an explosive mixture that threatens to leave them all dead in the Mexican jungle.

Members of an elite nuclear test detection team have died violent deaths one by one. When the fifth team member is killed right before Scotty's and Kelly's eyes, they are assigned to protect the sole surviving member and find the killer. The prime suspect is the seventh man who washed out of the team and happens to be a friend of Scotty. Scotty tries to reach him though his sister, a singer performing in Las Vegas. But gaining her cooperation will require more than persuasion. I will require a carefully conceived trap.

On vacation in Italy our duo happens upon a girl Scotty was sponsoring over the years. Now full grown she is preparing to marry. Scotty soon learns he may be able to handle enemy spies, but his foster daughter, her fiancé; and the Italian traffic court are entirely different matters.

A local family in Italy kidnaps Kelly with the intention of holding court over him for the death of their favorite son in the Korean War. Once again Scotty's investigation and recovery skills prove lacking in his efforts to rescue Kelly. Maybe he'll have more luck as his lawyer.

Kelly and Alexander are charged with apprehending the mastermind of a scheme to turn city-wide power outages into a marketable commodity. Two complications; Alexander has little confidence in his aide and cover identity, an agent with little field experience posing with her son as his wife, and his only link to the schemer is a psychopath.

Kelly and Alexander are abducted and impersonated by two enemy agents. Their intent; to get close to a defense contractor, kidnap his daughter and force him to turn over secret weapons designs. As Kelly's and Alexander's escape attempts continue to go awry one wonders if they are up to rescuing the fair maiden.
10One of Our Bombs Is Missing
Kelly and Alexander are sent to a little town in Italy to recover the payload from a nuclear armed aircraft that crashed nearby. They soon find that the towns folk found the plane rather useful. A few people even thought the bomb might come in handy.

An incompetent thief pursues a beautiful woman returning a priceless painting to Florence. Kelly and Alexander are assigned to provide clandestine security. Of course when a beautiful woman is involved Kelly is not one to hide in the shadows.
12To Florence with Love: Part 2
With the help of Kelly and Alexander the Da Vinchi Madonna was delivered to it's new home in Florence. But alas, the previous owner reports it is a forgery. Where did our boys go wrong? Now they have to track down the thieves, recover the painting then steal the forgery and replace it with the real painting.

Some heroes are motivated by duty. Others just want to impress their father. Whatever the reason, Alex and Kelly receive one of their dirtiest assignments; to train a young rocket scientist to resist torture and then to rescue him when he's captured.

When the daughter of a powerful British arms producer is kidnapped, Kelly, who naturally had a romantic relationship with her, immediately suspects a hoax. When her father insists on paying the ransom and rescuing her, whether she wants to be rescued or not, Alexander and Kelly get the job. However, the fading warlord who is holding her is privy to all their plans and turns out to be as philosophical as he is ruthless making him most unpredictable.
21A Room with a Rack
Recovering from his torture at the hands of enemy agents, Kelly Robinson travels with Scotty to Spain's Costa del Sol for a 30-day vacation. There he's pleased to meet old friend Lindy but reminders of his recent ordeal seem to lend credence to a psychologist's judgment that he's no longer the man he once was. The enemy agents now reappear, kidnap Kelly at gunpoint, and once more try to torture from him details of a top-secret metallurgical process. Scotty arrives and puts a stop to the torture by giving a written copy of the process to the agents. Having successfully resisted his second bout of torture, Kelly now feels that his manly confidence has been restored.
23Get Thee to a Nunnery
On vacation (again?) Scotty and Kelly bump into one of their not-so-fond acquaintances, a British agent they've found thoroughly untrustworthy. Unfortunately, orders are to find out what he's up to rather than shoot him. Suprisingly, it has something to do with rescuing a poor old art lover who refuses to disclose a secret he seems to consider worth dying for.
24Blackout
When Kelley wakes up with with a dead Russion ballerina in his bed and no memory of how she got there Russian intelligence presumes Kelley murdered her. The Russians plan to report Kelley to the Spanish police unless, with Scotty's help, he can prove the murder was committed by someone else.
26Night Train to Madrid
Scott and Robinson are assigned the impossible job of keeping a particularly ornery touring comedian from embarrassing the United States. A Soviet agent along for the ride is assigned to encourage trouble. When the comedian's assistants start dying, our duo and the Russian begin a perverse version of "Old Maid", perhaps better named "Who will get caught with the dead girl."

Herbie is a man with a terrible headache, several in fact. You see he used to be a filing clerk privy to many of America's nuclear secrets. But he resigned and is now being courted by a beautiful enemy agent. The best way our favorite counter-spies could find to keep him out of her clutches is a series of concussions.

While in a toy shop in Chinatown, San Francisco Kelly and Scott meet an attractive Chinese young woman named Mai Lin. Kelly is immediately attracted to her and strikes up a conversation. While showing her the sights they find it strange that she says she is from San Francisco yet has no knowledge of the most obvious San Franciscan sights...Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge, etc. The mystery gets deeper when they are assaulted and she is stolen away. Their investigation leads them to an ancient Chinese cult who have plans for Mai Lin.

In the American Midwest Kelly and Scott are on the run from an armed hunting party. They have learned the identities of some of the biggest saboteurs in America. They have been posing as ordinary businessmen and depend on their anonymity. Kelly and Scott seek refuge at a farm Kelly remembers from his childhood. The farm is run by Kelly's Aunt and Uncle whom he hasn't seen in over twenty years. They must all defend it when the farm is under siege from the armed gunmen.

In San Francisco, Kelly and Scotty are on temporary duty at "the department's" training school. One of the trainees is a mole for the Soviets. After he kills another trainee, he gets permission to stalk Kelly and Scotty. The veteran agents end up accused and are on the run -- for real.

While sightseeing in a Mexican town Scott and Robinson think they see someone familiar. When they approach him he gets the drop on them and gets away. After checking they find out that Frank Hunter a convicted mental patient judged incurable and sentenced to life has escaped. Hunter is a demolitions expert who has sworn revenge against Tom Matthews, the agent who apprehended him. Matthews has retired and lives with his family in Mexico. Robinson and Scott are assigned to find Hunter and stop him before he can hurt Matthews and his family.

Robinson and Scott are on assignment at a beach side resort in Spain tracking down stolen rocket fuel. When their contact man is found murdered the boys are warned off by a beautiful woman. When they search his room they find a portrait of the woman. Using the name of the artist they track her down and discover she has the fuel and is going to trade it for her brother's freedom who is being held behind the Iron Curtain.
